Biography

Hey-o! My name's Leah! I love to run, bike, lift heavy things, climb, camp, travel, and generally experience life ☺️ Being raised in a hyper religious environment and experiencing social isolation during my youth, it was hard to figure out how to navigate society when I left home (and California) to go to college at 17. I struggled with cripplingly low self-esteem, body hatred, and loneliness. All I wanted was to find my tribe, but had issues making genuine connections with people. After some years of anxiety and chaos, I was diagnosed with Pure OCD. My therapist at the time changed my life, which led to me switching my major to psychology. After years of trying and failing and trying again, I now can say I love my life. I'm surrounded by people I love and who I truly believe love me! If you're struggling with low self-esteem, body image issues, or a general a lack of confidence in yourself, trust me you CAN have a fulfilling life.
