Hey everyone! I’m Aleah 🙂I’m from a small town in Pennsylvania, and honestly, anxiety has been a huge part of my life for a long time. But one day, I decided I’d had enough and started making small changes. School wasn’t always easy for me, I definitely had my struggles, but with a lot of hard work, I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology! Now, I’m working toward my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. These days, I travel a lot with my girlfriend for her job, and I’ve even faced my anxiety head-on by going skydiving! When I’m not traveling or tackling new challenges, you’ll catch me playing guitar, trying out new recipes, or hanging with my two pittie babies, who are my actual bestfriends. Can’t wait to meet all of you and share this journey!
